1. Pendidikan terakhir minimal S1, diutamakan Jurusan Teknik Elektro, Pertambangan, Mekatronik, Otomotif lebih diutamakan
2. Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di bidang penjualan produk industri, khususnya di wilayah Kalimantan Timur.
3. Memiliki pengetahuan yang mendalam tentang produk perusahaan atau serupa.
4. Kemampuan yang kuat dalam berkomunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi.
5. Memiliki keterampilan analitis dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
6. Bersedia untuk berpergian ke lokasi pelanggan secara rutin.
7. Memiliki kemampuan beradaptasi yang baik dan bekerja dengan target.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or a related field.
2. 5–7+ years of experience in software development & project leadership.
3. Proficiency in multiple programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python) & front-end technologies.
4. Strong background in software architecture, debugging, and system optimization.
5. Deep knowledge of RDBMS & NoSQL databases.
6. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) & DevOps (CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated deployments).
7. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
8. Leadership & mentorship experience in managing technical teams.
9. Excellent communication & collaboration skills, including documentation & presentations.
10. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies & software development lifecycle (SDLC).
11. Professional certifications (AWS, Scrum Master, etc.) are a plus.
12. Experienced in IT and systems, with exposure to projects involving electrical components
13. Strong understanding of electrical engineering, including systems, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
14. Ability to integrate IT solutions with electrical systems to support operations and technological innovation.
15. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various departments and stakeholdersAbility to compile comprehensive project reports and documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 graduates, preferably Engineering Department (Electrical, Mining, Mechatronics, Automotive)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Staff in the mining industry or similar
• Having Effective and English-speaking Presentation Skills (Active)
• Have a Mandatory Driver's License A and C
• Good Communication skills, problem solving.
• Familiar use of design applications/software, especially in creating images
• Willing to be assigned to INTECS branches throughout Indonesia

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical, industrial, etc.), technology, or a related technical field.
• 2 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar technical field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Previous experience in sales roles involving complex products, such as machinery, equipment, or industrial systems, is preferred.
• Technical experience or knowledge related to the products being sold (e.g., experience with specific engineering products, software, or machinery) is often required.
