Senior Sales Engineer - Batam
Responsibilities :
Analyzing customer needs and recommending suitable products/services to increase sales and customer satisfaction
Develop new and existing business potential to create business development plans and a list of new sales opportunities in Data Center Industry/Project
Giving technical presentations and price negotiations to customers to explain the technical and commercial value of the product
Monitoring the procurement and installation process of products at the customer site to ensure that the fulfillment of customer requirements is in accordance with schedule, specifications, and agreements
Coordinating with the internal team (SCM & BD) regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure that the technical information provided to customers is accurate and actionable.
Preparing sales activity reports, pipeline, and forecasts to provide accurate sales data and insights
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechatronics, Information Technology, Automotive or related field is preferred
Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in the Data Center Industry/Project
Minimum 2 - 5 years' experience in the same position
Must have driving Licence (SIM A)
Experienced in Client Retention Strategy
Mastering Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and the internet
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
Strong problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge
Minimal pendidikan S1/D4 Kesehatan Masyarakat, Kesehatan Kerja, K3, Teknik, atau bidang terkait
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang yang sama, khususnya dalam: Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2025, Sistem Manajemen K3 ISO 45001:2018. SMKP, CSMS, QHSE Compliance, Penyusunan laporan dan statistik kinerja mutu serta K3

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
Possess knowledge of Basic Mechanical Products, Basic Electrical Systems, and Basic Tooling.
Understand specifications of: Infrastructure Fire Suppression & Fire Detection Systems, Mobile Equipment Fire Suppression Systems, Liquid Transfer & Filtration Systems
Have skills in product development strategy.
Able to read and create technical drawings.
Have ability in drawing 3D/2D preferably in Pump & Material Dispensing
Job Description:
Provide product education, market analysis, and marketing development support.
Prepare supporting materials in a structured and systematic manner to improve understanding, expand market reach, and increase product sales effectiveness.
Conduct internal product introductions and training for employees, covering theoretical concepts and product applications, to enhance technical and functional knowledge and support optimal operations and services.
Identify and analyze new market segments relevant to product development to expand market coverage and ensure alignment with target market needs.
Grow sales & accounts for pumps and flow meters by identifying opportunities, managing key customers, and closing deals
Provide technical solution supported by selecting the right products for each application and delivering clear proposals/tender
Coordinate delivery & after-sales including site support, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer retention (repeat orders)
Must have an active Ministry of
Agriculture General AK3 Certification, ISO 9001-2015 Awareness and Internal
Auditor, and ISO 45001-2018
Having other Management System
Certifications and Training of Trainers is an added value
Experience in building and
implementing ISO 9001 and 45001 Systems
Experienced in developing programs
and providing K3L quality training
Understand the applicable Quality
and K3L regulations and the implementation of their fulfillment
